3.3 Rescheduling and Cancellations

4.4 Property Conditions
You acknowledge that you have disclosed any known pre-existing conditions, damage, or issues with the items to be cleaned. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

5. Pricing and Payment

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change if the actual service area size, condition, or service requirements differ from what was initially described. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with service.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A service fee may apply for returned checks or declined credit card payments.

7.2 Insurance and Claims
We maintain comprehensive business insurance. Any claims for damage allegedly caused by our service must be reported to us within 48 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to inspect any claimed damage and may require documentation of the claimed damage and its value.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service that resulted in the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
